We want you to love your purchase from RUEN. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • In all original packaging (including case and cleaning cloth)

  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear

To start a return, contact hello@ruenshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for another style or colour, email hello@ruenshop.com with your order number and request. We’ll guide you through the process.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a full refund instead.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@ruenshop.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is received safely.
